  Hi Aitor,

My name is Irati and I´m 13 years old. I live in Gernika-Lumo. I go to school four and a half days a week. The classes start at 8.30 in the morning and finish at 4.30 in the afternoon, but Fridays are shorter, we finish at 1.30. I´m really busy during the week. On Mondays I have art from 5 o´clock to 6.30. After art I have a violin lesson and then I go to choir. Mondays are long but I like doing those extracurricular classes. On Tuesdays I don´t have any of those classes, in the afternoon I study and I practise the violin. On Wednesday afternoons, I have a band rehearsal of an hour and a half, but sometimes I don´t go because I have many examns and I need time to study. On Thursdays, I have a orchest rehearsal from 7 o´clock to 9 o´clock. On the last "busy" day, on Friday, I have another band rehearsal. I love doing these extracurricular activities because they make my day more active and happier, but I sometimes get very tired. I usually go to bed at 11.00 or later. I would like to go earlier to sleep but during the week I haven´t got much time to do everything and I don´t sleep much.

My name is Gorka and I'm 13 years old. I live in Gernikaand I go to Mertzede school. I go to school four days and a half per week. We usually have three lessons, then we have the break-time, after, we  have other two lessons, we have lunch and finally we have two other lessons. In fridays we only stay in school until 13:30. 

My favourite school day is Thursday because we have ICT and PE. I also like it because at 19:00 I have a football trainning session. I like playing videogames but i can only enjoy them on the weekends.

I'm so excited about your visit next month.I'm sure that you will have a great time.When you arrived to the airport of Bilbao you will come to Gernika by car and then we will meet at my house.

The first day I will saw you 2 museums of Gernika and I will saw you the picture of Picasso.

The others days I will go with you shopping and we will go to other places like:Bermeo,Mundaka,Bilbao...

On Monday we will go to Madrid, the capital of Spain, this city has beautiful museums to visit, we will also go to the most famous restaurants. On Tuesday we will go to Marinador is an amusement park, my family goes there some years is really incredible, on Wednesday we will go to Barcelona, ​​this city really has many tourist sites, on Thursday we will go to see a soccer match of Real Madrid VS Barcelona, On Friday we will go to Bilbao to visit the city and go on a picnic. Hi Anne,

I'm so excited about your visit to Gernika the next monday. We will have a great time together. 

I have prepared some plans to do it together in Gernika and surroundings. On monday we will take you to Parque Europa. It's a free park and there's fauna and flora. The next day we weill go together to Laida. Laida its beach near Gernika, there we will canoe around the marsh. I think you will like it because it's a quite ride with beautiful landscapes. And finally we will go by car to San Juan de Gastelugatxe, it's a wonderful little peninsula with a  hermitage at the top.

DBH 4, Greatest invention

TELEPHONE

The telephone has been a great invention of the last years. Now a days everyone has one. In my opinion it has been the most important invention ever after transports.

The telephone helps us in many aspects on life.For example it lets us comunicate with peaplo who are around us but also with people in different countries. I would say that a telephone is a miny computer with some more characteristics. It can also help us in danger situation for example to put in contact with the police or to call to the ambulance.

I don´t know what our generation would be without mobile phones. I hope they continue improving and never die.

There have been many amazing invetions and discoveries over the years, but I believe that one of the most useful and helpful inventions has got to be the mobile phone. It does not only provide you with the ability to call or message someone within seconds, thousands of kilometres away, it also lets you photograph or even record whatever you desire. However now-a-days, modern mobile phones have got greater and unimaginable resources and applications to make your life easier.

Thanks to this innovative invention, you don't have to worry about waking up late and going late to work, as the alarm app will sing a happy tune to you, so that you wake up with some rythm. On another hand, finding yourself lost in a crowd in a completely different country, with no map, shouldn't be a problem once you enter google maps. For instance, would you like to listen to free music right now, and right here? No problem! Just click the headphone image on your screen, and you will be provided with a long set of songs thay may be of your liking. No other invention such as this one has had such a great effect on people and our lifetsyles. By the way, don't worry about finding your own mobile phone, because they come in ever shape, size colour and prize!

So, in conclusion, I believe that the world would definitely have been a very different place if no one had invented this incredible and useful tool. The mobile phone has changed many lives and has posibly made this world a safer and better place to live in.

There have been lost of exciting inventions in the last 50 years but in my opinion, the most important one is the mobile phone.

The mobile phone is a portable telephone that can make and recesive calls over a radio frequency link while the user is moving within a telephone service area. Thanks to the mobile phone nowadays we can communicate with people all over the world. In addition, if you have internet at the phone, you can chat with people by Whatsapp for free, get in Google to search things or download for example games where you can play. Furthermore, you can take photos and videos and you can save information in an aplication called notes or you can save dates in the calendar so like this you can´t forget anything. You can also use the mobile phone to set alarms in the mornings to go to work or to school.

No other inventions has had such a great effect on people in this world! People would have had different things to do if this had not been invented.

 There have been many amazing inventions in thw past one hundread years. In my opinion, one of the most important inventions was the aeroplane.

Thanks to the aeroplane we can travel and transport many things far away in few hours. For example, 200  years ago if you want to transport something far away, you had to do it on slow boats, or if you had urgency to visit a friend you could not see it at the moment. But that isn't all, the modern aeroplanes are the safest transport in the world.

Other transports like trains or cars are important too but I think that aeroplanes do the most impact on people because flying was a dream at that time.

My routine

My name is Ekain, and I am 13 years old. I go to Mertzede school, where I spend about 8 hours, so it's (along with sleeping) the activity I spend the most time in. I go there 4 and a half days a week (because on Fridays we only have class in the morning). I have lots of subjects, such as geography, English, maths, physics... I think we spend too many hours at school and that we have very short break times. On Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, at 7.15 p.m., I go to Welcome English classes to improve my English. I finish the classes at 8.30 p.m., so I go home inmediatly after them.
