COXINHAS
The Coxinha was first originated on the XIX century, in the region of Greater São Paulo.This, is the origin of salty in Brazil. The 'discovery of the coxinha' happened by accident, still in the time of the Empire. Legend has it that there was a boy at court who had chicken as his favorite dish. Count D'Eu was a child with mental problems and could hardly accept other tipe of food.
